The information contained herein is sourced from direct and indirect inputs, and may include minimum market volumes in instances where volumes are omitted from quotes or orders. - Ownership and Confidentiality: Tradition owns all intellectual property rights to the confidential Data. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of the Data without express permission from Tradition is strictly prohibited; such unauthorised acts may result in irreparable and continuing damage to Tradition for which there may or will be no adequate remedy at law, and that in the event of such breach Tradition shall be entitled to apply for injunctive relief and/or a decree for specific performance and any of such other and further relief as may be appropriate.
- Future Commercial Licensing: Tradition reserves the right to impose a commercial licensing agreement on the use of this Data in the future. You are advised to stay updated on any changes to the terms of usage.
